The Homoeopathic Medical Association of India (HMAI), Vadodara Unit, in collaboration with the HMAI Gujarat State Branch, successfully organized the 11th Edition of “Reverence to Dr. Samuel Hahnemann” – State Level One Day Conclave at the Baroda Productivity Council Auditorium, Vadodara. The academic event brought together homoeopathic physicians, academicians, postgraduate students, interns, researchers, and delegates from across Gujarat to pay tribute to the Founder of Homoeopathy, Dr. Samuel Hahnemann, while deliberating on the theme:
“Tribute to Hahnemann: Reimagining Homoeopathy for Sustainable Healthcare.”
The conclave commenced with registration followed by an inaugural ceremony featuring prayer, lamp lighting, welcome addresses, felicitation of dignitaries, and inspiring messages from HMAI leaders. The programme reflected Hahnemann’s vision of scientific, ethical, and patient-centred healthcare.
The scientific sessions featured two distinguished keynote speakers:
- Prof. Dr. Abhijit Chattopadhyay, Former Director, National Institute of Homoeopathy, Kolkata and Professor Emeritus, JNHMC, Parul University, delivered an enlightening lecture on “Homoeopathic Materia Medica Helps in Sustainable Healthcare System.”
- Prof. Dr. Rakesh Gohel, Dean, Faculty of Homoeopathy, CVM University and Principal, CVM Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Anand, presented an inspiring talk on “Homoeopathy: Shaping the Future of Health.”
The conclave also witnessed enthusiastic participation in the scientific paper presentation sessions, where researchers and academicians presented innovative studies on various aspects of homoeopathy. Eight selected research papers were presented in two scientific sessions, encouraging evidence-based discussion and academic exchange.
The programme was conducted under the leadership of:

The event witnessed an overwhelming response from delegates across the state, reaffirming the growing commitment of the homoeopathic fraternity towards academic excellence, research, professional unity, and sustainable healthcare.
